Box Jellyfish have gotten their name from their box shaped bodies, or bells. They can have up to 60 tentacles, armed with up at 5,000 stinging cells. The Box Jellyfish is most deadliest animal on the planet., and captures shrimp as its prey. Contact with only 3mm of its tentacles could be fatal for an adult. Just this year there was 70 reported deaths from Northern Australia, between November & April, from the Box Jellyfish. They only live in Australian waters, and could get up to 2kg in weight.
